Non receipt of refund orde

Respected Sir/Madam,

I had applied for Mundra Port n special economic zone ltd ipo. i have been alloted 15 shares out of 225 shares but till now i have not received the balanced refund order. From the site i got the refund order no i.e. 1282114 and it has been mentioned that it is despatched by speed post. but till date i have not received. Plz find below the details.

I have again courier you hard copy of the application of duplicate refund order in the format which u have sent in my mail id. and this has been done one and half month before.
