I applied for Mundra IPO through my demat account. I was not allotted any share and the refund amount of Rs. 46200/- is still not paid even after 6 months. I have lost the count of mails and phone calls that I have sent to the INTIMES REGISTRY for the refund amount. Everytime they would ask for 15 days period. Now even the phone calls are not being received.
Lodged complaint with SEBI under ref. no. 0036550/01, dated: 14/04. Sent two registered letters to INTIMESPECTRUM office at Panna Lal office in Bombay but no response.
Delhi office regrets its inability to solve the issue.
Can anybody suggest... where to address the problem to get the refund?
