Complaint for Structurally dangerous alterations in Flat 93-C, Pocket-4, Mayur Vihar Phase 1 Delhi- 110091

This is to bring to your kind notice that the owner of flat 93-C, Pocket-4, Mayur Vihar Phase 1 Delhi- 110091 has flouted all rules & have done changes in the flat endangering the life of flat owners above & below. Following are the changes & unauthorized extensions done by the flat owner of 93 C.

1) Conversion of window into cupboard.

2) Removal of load bearing wall on external side & creating opening of 4’-6” wide without taking adequate structural stability measures.

3) Making of balcony extended out of a load bearing structure which is structurally dangerous & also an encroachment.

4) Creating window of 4’-0” width & 4’ height in a load bearing wall without taking adequate structural safety precautions.

5) Removing load bearing wall in the drawing room.

All these changes carried out in a load bearing structure have resulted in cracks in the floors above & below. Causing danger to life of the flat owners in the block.
