Garbage collection by moving van

I am resident of Vatika appartment, MIG DDA flat, Mayapuri. Garbage collection van of MCD is coming in this colony every alternate day.but it enters through Gate no 2 and goes out immediately through Gate no1.It does not pass through Gate 3 and Gate no 4.garbage is not collected from flats falling on these lane.staff on these van should be instructed suitably.
