Bad Servicing

Dear sir,

I have a Murcury Monitor (CRT). Its warrenty is not complete. I complain in the chadni chowk service center to repair my monitor. Mr. Swapan Sarkar (monitor service engineer) comes my house in twice but he was not repair my monitor properly. After that I complain there many times. But they are not giving servicing properly to my monitor and also they behave very rudely with me.

I suffering this problem 6 months continuously. I have my own cybercafe so I face many problem last 6 months. Please help me.
