Purchased only one month back; gets stuck quite often and hangs; no response from nokia; too high price for the functionalities it delivers; the phone also had a minor crack on the screen which was unnoticed by me and purchased in good faith but the dealer promptly laid the blame on me; this is the response to consumer problems from the most trusted brand
