we have purchased a swing machine from naaptol online purchasing.

after 2 days machine was not working properly and we have return back to naaptol

for repairing.but customer care person has insure me that we will retun back your mony but we are still waiting since 2 months.and no response from naaptol.

i am give one week more after that shall go to consumer court.
