IT Refund Not Received

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Mr. Naresh J. Ayer. I have not got my IT TDS Refund for AY 2006. I have filed my return on 10.10.2005 and the Machine No. is 4424. There is a refund of Rs. 10, 000/- due to me which I have still not received. I have even sent a reminder on 21st January. My PAN No. is ADJPA9989L.

My SB A/c. No. is 1540 of UCO Bank, Andheri Branch. My MICR Code No. is 400028003.

Please help me out to get my Refund along with the interest amount.
