Air India IC not responding to Cleartrip regarding refund of booking for the Flight cancelled during Air India IC strike in Sept

Hello

I had booked a Air India IC return ticket from Mumbai - Bangalore - Male in Sept on cleartrip.com.

On our way back when we were about to board Banglore - Mumbai IC flight on 26th Sept we were told Flight is canceled due to the strike and we were not given any options and hence we booked on GoAir and IC counter gave us an endorsement and told us we should show this to Cleartrip and they are responsible to refund our money.

Its been almost 2 months and Cleartrip says as its Partial cancellation, they need a go ahead from Air India and the Amount to be refunded and after several mails to Air India Refund team by Cleartrip, has not responded with a Go ahead.

Please advice how do I go about it.
