Cheated and took advance payment

I would like to complain that one lady approx 26-27 yrs of age came to my house to sell microwave oven and had produced proper receipt when i did a down payment of 2300 Rs actual cost of the microwave was 11, 700 rs. I believed her and paid the money but till date there is no contact of her..kindly help me, if not me noone else should be cheated like dis.kindly look into the matter.
