Booked ticket history is not coming for me to cancel my ticket

I have booked a ticket for my family in a AC coach for 19th of this month. I wanted to cancel it as there was a change in program.

But last few days, whenever I am logging into IRCTC, the booked ticket history menu itself is not coming.

How do I cancel? Please refund my total money or make the option available immediately.

How these sort of bugs can be allowed in such a public sensitive, commercial transaction involved WEBSITE???
