Misbehaviou

Dear Sir,

This in ref to above subject I want to bring to your knowledge

regarding the behaviour of your senior most person sitting at Ajmer

Divisional Office and who called himself Dr. don't have manners to

talk with customer.

We are having insurance of almost all type from your company Like,

Factory, all vehicles, personal House, factory Break Down etc, and

annual Premium of around 1.25 Lacs.

Recently in our Factory some Breakdown occurred and and we came to

know that the Item which was Failed was not included in Policy.

In this matter I talked to your Div Manager Dr jaisingh he was so rude

in talking that was not at all expected from your seniour most person

and when I told him that we are your customer and we are Paying you

for services and if you can not provide me the services for which I am

paying then I should over to some other company.

His reply was that " YOU ARE MOST WELLCOME ". and he Shut the Phone

again I talk to him that you shut the Phone his reply was " MERA SATH

BAKWAS KARNEY KI JARURAT NAHI HAI " AND YOU HAVE NOT PURCHASED ME.

I hope that this matter is very serious and some action should be

taken.
