Refund not yet received

Hi,

I am a citizen of India, and being a responsible citizen, I have been paying taxes on my income sincerely every year. But unfortunately the Income Tax department has not shown such sincerity, in repaying my tax refund, for the assessment year of 2006 and 2008. I would like to know, when do I get the money back?

My PAN is AYWPS9494G.

If I don’t get the refund in the recent future, I will be bound to send a copy of this mail to the Honorable Prime Minister of India seeking a reply personally from him/her.
