I tried to register two domain names on their website www.net4.in. I recieved a success message and my credit card charges for rs - After two days I recieved a mail that your registartion failed.

But when i checked their website again, the same domain names were showing as available for registartion. Thats a big mistake from their side, I am forgetting that.

From the next day I am trying for a refund. Now its two months up, they never bothered to give back my money. Till they get the money they will give u excellent support, Once we start asking money back, they sart playing drama, I tried online, through the customer care, each time different people different questions. Finally no response from mail & when call, please wait sir we will forward the call to the concerned person... 10 minuites, 15 minuites no response.

Dear friends worst experience, I am the owner of a technology company, If its my fate, what will be the situation of common man.
