Non settlement of claim since march

Dear sir,

it was 16th march when i submitted med.claim bill of my wife Mrs harjas preet garg of Appolo hospital delhi, the subsicutent bill in july for heart treatment, both the bills are about 3.5 lacs. Till to day neither the New india ins.co. nor lic D.o -2 delhi has not bothered to settle the bill inspite my regular follow up with o.s dept D.o-2, and with new india ins.co off, gulab bhawan DELHI
