NEGLENCE IN SERVICE

Dear Sir,

I have bought one VIdeocon AC from Next store Gomtinagar Lucknow. This includes charges for installation of AC. the vendor promise to get it installed on next day at 9:00 pm. However, he refused that he can not install at 9:00 pm any day. We have clearly mentioned that we can get AC install at 9:00 pm.

We try to contact at phone manytime, however they keep on neglecting. When I approach the shop they told that worker will come soon. At 10:00 pm worker come and ttry to install Ac, in the process he break glass of approx. 1000 Rs. and then he was not abel to do electrical conenctions and fuse blow. In process to correct it, he make 2 electrical shots and complete light was fuse.

On next day I have to arrange my electrician to complete electrical work and we have to sleep without night and also I miss my office next day to get my connection working.

I tried to complain many time to the shop, but of no use.
