Refund of Cash Mony

This is bring to your notice that I was given Rs 10, 000/- as advance money for seat reservation in Acharya Polytechnic, Soladevanahalli, hesaraghatta Road, Chikkabanavara Post, Bangalore, to Ms Chandra Kala (Admission Officer), due to some personal Problem I am not able to join and the same thing was to inform to concern dept, for return the advance Money but there is no reply receve yet, and had receve the amount which I gave them that is not refund.

sir how is it possible if any one dont want to take admission or not able to take admission. what is right of that Inst. for non refund the amount??

My family is not so much wealth and Rs 10000/- is not a small amount for our family. after severl time reminding the same to Acharya Polytechnic, no one is bother to lestion the things
