Inappropriate collection of toll over highway connecting kanpur & lucknow

Sir,

i, dr ritesh awasthi, want to say that on 21. 8. i was travelling from kanpur to lucknow in my personal car. i reached toll centre at nawabganj at 2.15 pm where i asked for to & fro travelling, for which i payed rs. 60 and received the printed receipt. my fault was that i didnt checked the receipt. next morning on 22.8.2011when i was returning and reached the same toll centre at 9.30 am i showed the receipt, the person at counter told me that my token was expired then i checked the receipt & found that neither it contains my vehicle number nor the right time (7.45 am of 21.8.2011 instead of 2.15 pm of 21.8.2011), then i found i was burgled.though i had no proof of my saying i had to pay charges again.

sir, i want you to take appropriate actions against the authorities, so that next time they dare not to do so.
