Sir, i, dr ritesh awasthi, want to say that on 21. 8. i was travelling from kanpur to lucknow in my personal car. i reached toll centre at nawabganj at 2.15 pm where i asked for to & fro travelling, for which i payed rs. 60 and received the printed receipt. my fault was that i didnt checked the ...
