NHPC
Shares not alloted and refund not credited

My name is Nikhil Mehta. I had applied for 700 shares of NHPC and placed a cheque of Rs.25, 200. My application no. is 32660151. Rs. 25200 was debited to my Bank of india a/c 38993. I had duly filled the application form and submitted the application along with the cheque and PAN card xerox.

I would like to know the reasons for non allotment of shares at the earliest. Further, till date I have not got the refuned Rs.25, 200.
