NON - RECEIPT OF REFUND MONEY

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to Inform you that I had applied for 1050 shares but I didn't get any share. But till now, I have not received my refund order of Rs. 37, 800. Though it was mentioned in the Karvy site that my refund order is despatched on 28/08, I have no clue of any refund. I had applied by a Demand Draft.

Kindly enquire into this matter do the needful. I am surprised that in such a transparent age how any company can do like this?
