NHPC IPO
Non Refund of NHPC IPO money

I am applying 525 shares of NHPC IPO in the name of mother but I have not allotted Shares nor refund my application money till now (12/09). When I complain To Kurvy they reply me that your cheque issued and not returned Indian Postal Authorities due to undelivered, but when I go to our local post office they said that your latter is not send by the sender after searching (RL NO 331902) from there computer. So please advice me now what I am doing
