NHPC IPO
IPO Refund Issue - No one answer at NHPC

I had applied for 175 shares of NHPC. The application No. is 23200538 . I have not allotted any share in my Share Khan account and I didn't receive the refund of my money to my account. When I call share khan they tell me to contact NHPC and says they are not liable for refund. Don't understand why they provide order fascility and charge commissions when they are not responsible. Sharekhan should be made accountable for this.
