Bhavishya Jyoti Scolarship 2007 voucher not genterated yet

I had given the Bhavishya Jyoti Scolarship exam in 2007.I had recived a scolarship of Rs 6000.Till today my vocher has not been generated. Because of this the NIIT database shows me as a defaulter. I have not been able to give my NIIT cerfification exam because of this. Its been about a year since i completed my course. Still I have not been awarded any certificate to justify that i have completed my course. I am feed up of complaining about the voucher not being generated to my center office ie Chembur.

Kindly help me receive my certifications as soon as possible.
