Defect in Shoes

Dear sir,

I purchased a pairs of Action sandal rates 220/- the both unit got cracked damaged in abuot a month and last week i went to the showroom at Chandigarh from where i had purchased the shoes and then they not agree for the replacements of this. They are saying that they will do the repairing on this.

Also demanding Rs.50/- extra for dispatch to Company after that they will decided to replace it or not.

Due to bitter experience i did not want to purchase another material i am a regular custumer of action

I want the replacemnet of bad unit

I have purchased on dated 18/10 with Rs.220/-

- Rs 50 taken as handling charges or dispatch the bad to company? is it fair

-- No bill is given by the showroom!
