Not issuing the rc and insurance pape

Dear sir

i bought honda activa (name-shashank mittal) on 23 july from brij honda mathura u.p.

now they are not releasing the paper of insurance n RC

because i lost the service book

they need service book because they do some miss entry in that book

now the bike is my property than how can they took my insurance paper and when we complaint they misbehave

i am really tired and promise myself that i never go to showroom again

plz help me if u can
