Egarding service cente

Respected sir,

I have submitted my handset battery at the dated of 26/06/09 my job sheet no is 111433527/090626/63 at lajpatnagar Nokia service center.there staff said that it will returned by 10 to 15 days.but till now i am not get my battery.when i called them that concerned person is not interested to talk & cut the phone.

Pls take the correct action about the lajpat nagar service center (N.D) & ensure me at which date i get my mobile battery because there service impact the company"s reputation.
