Not able to register grievance

My IGNOU enrolment number is 945682970. I have three complaints

1) I have successfully completed all the subjects required for MBA degree including Project work (MS-100). But I have not received the updated grade card and provisional/degree certificate.

2) Whenever I try to register my grievance from student zone of IGNOU website, after entering all the details i get a message "Invalid Enrolment Number". I tried calling atleast 100 time all the numbers given in the students help line. Till now i could not succeed in getting connected.

3) I HAVE SENT THE REQUEST FOR CHANGE OF ADDRESS TWO TIMES TO THE REGIONAL OFFICE. BUT TILL NOW THE CHANGE IN MY ADDRESS IS NOT REFLECTED IN THE SITE.
