Efused to repair the handset

Espected sir/madam

this is to bring in your kind notice that my nokia phone 3110c had stopped working completely and not able to switch it on. It was bought on 09/02 and is stilll in warranty period. We had submitted this phone to NRI Communications Lajpat Nagar2, NEW DELHI. The feedback we have received after 12 days is that the handset is tampered and refused to repair. I am not able to understand that my phone was not subjected to any any short circuit and was not fallen off anywhere. The people in customer care were completely ill mannered. They were not able to telll that due to what reasons my phone got tampered.

I would be very kindful if you replace the handset or repair it.
