Nokia 3250
Phone defective not repaired nor replaced

I purchased a nokia 3250 in nov

from first day it gave problems

after rotating the base keypad 180 degrees it should start a music player, it didnt

i approached the dealer

he asked me to approach service centre

there, they took my phone returned it after 2 months

the phone worked for 4 months

again it died, couldnt get switched on

i went back, they kept it again for 3 months returned back

now again the $%%^$#%&^& phone died,

they broke it's frame during first service, since im not experienced in facing this stuff, i accepted the phone . later on they themselves rejected my phone on grounds of physical damage. %*&&**&(*()

now the $^*&&^ 16000 rs phone is lying useless. They didnt replace it, now they say its irrepairable, i was foolish to waste 16000 on tht shit, their customer service is bull shit!!!

piss em, im thiking of going to consumer court!
