System hanged

I have bought a Nokia 5130c-2 W. Silver on24th September at Madanapalli BigC centre. I have a problem with my mobile that is it is hanged when i switch on, statup tone also did not play. I have one year warrenty also. What should i do now. yester day i gave my mobile to the Nokia Care centre at madanapalli. But they also did not find the problem. Mobile IMEI No is359619039395752.
