Online refund of my e-ticket

Dear Sir,

I Booked a Ticket to travel to go to Chennai (i.e from Bangalore to Chennai)

on 10.07.2010. The Seat were booked for the Buss KSRTC Raja Hamsa Buss. The amount was debited to my account but the ticket were not able to generate i.e e- ticket. Suddenly they information poped up and gave the reference No. OB2356881 and the total amount debited to my account is Rs. 618/- I request you to kindly refund the said amount to my ICICI bank
