Respected sir,

I have bought the nokia 5300 mobile on 11.5.08 from the mobile store. The cell phone is causing frequent problems in startup, ie, it is not getting started, it is getting hanged.i showed it up at the customer care at tnagar, chennai. They rectified the problem. The cell worked well for around ten days and again caused the same problem, they once again rectified it, they told that there is more than 1gb storage in memory card, so i formatted it. But now it has again caused, again for the fourth time i went to customer care and given it for repair. But am sure they will again provide the same solution and it will cause the same problem. Iam worried that guarantee period will be completed on 11.5.09.i will be greatful to nokia permanently repairs my phone or replace it will a good one.
