Epairing of handset

Dear Sir, there was a problem in my above mobile hand set and I went to nokia care centre at Chandigarh on 8/9. After checking of hand set they told me that we will send it to Delhi for repaire and it will be handed over to me within 20 days. But till now I have not received the above set and they are telling that as and when it will come we will hand over. It is stated that if an esteemed company will take so much time to repair it then it will lose his faith in the market. I had purchased this set for my help and upgrading my business but I am loosing day by day. It was the duty of company to replace the such set in which the fault is major and it will take much time to repair it. I hope you will take necessary steps to get my set repaired immediately or replace it with new one.
