Mic problem, mentally torchure by nokia

I had purchased a Nokia 5300 on date 24/11/07 with ESN number 358059017990973. the problem had occured in mic. then i submitted the handset in nokia care with address MObile Clinic, Shop No 4, Green Mart Complex, Nr Dera Sat Kartar, Basant Chownk, JAlandhar. on date 29/7/08.After so many visits to the nokia centre they have not given me the satisfactory reply y i am not getting my handset back. then they told me its not economical to repair the handset. so they are going to swap it. but it tooks them 3 months to give me the handset. they deliver me the handset today i.e 01/11/08 but when i came back home it is not working properly. so i have again give it back to the nokia care center. i am pretty upset with the pathetic services i m geeting from the nokia care.

i hope this matter will be taken as priority and justice will be done. also tell me wat can i do to get my handset back in working condition. I m providing the details regarding my job sheet.
