REPLACEMENT

DEAR SIR,

I purchaged nokia5310 0n 07/06 (IMEI 352072029364596).

within 40 days it was automatically switched off. I submitted it to nokia care (roop rang telecom, fraser road, patna) for repair.

They after 1 month of time on 03/oct gave me another phone as replacement for the same.

i refused to accept the same as it was tampered/damaged and again resubmitted it back with job sheet number 348434038/081003/47 and again asked me to come after 1 month.

I am utterly disturbed by their response and need help!
