False charges from nokia care

I repaired my phone from nokia care malviya nagar bhopal m.p. india, in waranty period, my phone stillin warranty.prom root cause was liquid insertion in phone so they ask me 800 rs for repaire it, i accepted.they given back my phone in same days and assured me that every thin is fine, they didnt back my battery and toldme that itwilltake some time to change, when they given me battery i feel that my phones keypad is not working, i told them the same they replied that on friday that it will take 4 days becauseof weekend, because i had to go out of the town they told me that come back and make it fix.now wen i go to the center they ask me for 1200 rs and revealing same problem, my battery is not backing up even an hour now.what shold i do, pls suggest.
