Nokia5310
Automatically being switched off

I had bought a nokia 5310 near abt 10 months ago.3 months ago it got hanged & switched off .i consult nokia care & spend 1200rupees.but after that again that problem arised & i consult nokia care & problem solved.after 1 month repeatedly that problem arised.so give me the solution.i knew that nokia is a trusted brand, if so then replacement is the best solution in my point of view. plzzz send me the solution.
