Nokia 5610
Hanging problem

I have purchased nokia 5610 on 10 th july from the first day onwards it get hanging problem whenever some calls comes and i received the call in the mid it automatically switchoff and again start i go to nokiacare they said its due to some software problem i given therefor updation but when i get it from nokia again problem is there i get again in touch with nokaicare they said remove memory card and see i also do that but problem is still there so i again given the mobile on nokia care. I am not satsfied with the servises of nokia. I want replacement of my phone
