Nokia 5700
Problem with Ear Phones

Dear Nokia Customer Care,

I had bought NOKIA 5700 handset about a couple of months back. Within the very first week of my purchase, my earphones stopped working. I went to the NOKIA CARE in Marathalli, Bangalore (KARNATAKA) and asked for replacement. The Expected time of replacement was mentioned as "one week" but it took nearly 3-4 weeks for it to get replaced. And again within a week the new earphones stopped functioning.

NOKIA 5700 is Express Music model for which my earphones dont work! Even the NOKIA CARE guys do not respond properly. Request some1 to direct me in the right direction.
