Nokia service center - not good people!

Hi,

My Nokia handset got damaged due to some water droplets and it was unable to start (before this handset was working perfectly)...

I went to nokia care and submitted my handset and my problem started then and there..they first reported that warranty expired as it was damaged by water; hence they will charge everything. I agreed and submitted, after 4-5 days they called that LCD got damaged so they will repair that, I approved. I waited for another 10 days and got replied that wait for more days. After next 7 days I enquired about the handset and they said, yes it is ready (instead of they letting me know, I was doing enquiry..what a service!!!)..they told it is ready..after that they'd sent a sms..CHARGES were 3500 bucks!!!

I got the handset and it is running fine..just running..i dint said working... because after using that I got to know..person on other side unable to hear my voice... and more to that my camera stopped working...

Again I went back and they verified the issue and told that part of camera is damaged and will repair that..I also told them about voice not going on other side issue... they said they will repair... I submitted the handset... and got a reply that they will call me in 3-4 days to confirm the status..and CHARGES was supposed to be around 2000 bucks!!!

Now I waited for their call..and as expected never heard from them..I enquired them after 7 days and they said wait for 2 more days..after 2 days again I enquired and got the reply that your camera is now working... and when I asked about voice not going out issue..he told we DONT do that!! (WTH!)

and again enquiring they told ki we are not authorised to change that part... and that thing will go to company..and now charges will be somewhere 5500 BUCKS...##$! #$@#%^$%^#

if they have told this earlier to me then why the hell I should have asked them to change anything... I landed up almost giving 5k as of now and 5500 more for a simple problem... these guys sucks and I am not going to buy Nokia again or atleast will never get them corrected from these NOKIA service centers..these people are disgusting... just dont value the money of customers!

New cells come in 13000...

I am feeling frustrated and suggest everyone: please never go to Nokia service center in Aundh... they are not good people!
