Hello Sir,

This is Nirwail Singh, I was having Nokia 6233 hand set with IMEI No352915025139786. There was some technical problems with the set while it was under Guarantee/ warrantee. I consult with Mr. Harpreet Singh (working with Nokia Showroom at Jalandhar, Punjab, India Ph. No. 0181-5013623) and he guide me that company have to repair your handset free of cost and if problem will not be diagnose company have to give you a new Nokia 6233 mobile. Now four months has been past nor he replace the mobile neither he is responding me. I think he had sailed my mobile anywhere and miss guiding me continuously. Whenever I try to contact with him he never entertain me. I am very confused that what I should do. I am very depressed with the service of the company. There are number of customer suffering with the same problem and dishonest employees are always harmful for the company. So kindly take a strict action against him to avoid the inconvenience of the customers.
