Nokia 6300 Handset
Not getting replacement (battery backup issue, instrumnet getting heated & display screen issue)

On 17th August I had purchased Nokia 6300, from last 1 month its started giving issue, low batter backup (1 hours), Hanset is getting heated & also in the dispaly I can see some dots.

Last week i went to shop "Tata Fone Center " & explained the issue he said go to Nokia care center Kalyan. on 5th Oct. I went & I asked them to replace the handset since its newly purchased 5they aslo refused.

I need your help to replace my handset.
