Nokia6500c
Not charging

I have purchased a nokia 6500c.problem is not charging but shows the indication . once i got changed the phone with in 6 month and now also it shows the same problem .i have gone to many nokia care but they could not do so but they have taken service charge for the warranty phone.i checked the battery it is good please suggest me where should i go???
