Hi,

I bought a nokia 6700 classic from Dubai last week. When I bought that to India and tried to use it, it was not getting powering on. So I went to Nokia care (Rockey Agencies, Chennai). They told me they will fix the issue with in two days as it requires a software change. So I agreed to them and asked them to change software. At the end of second day I called them and equired whether the complaint is fixed or not. They said they will send an sms before EOD so that I can go and collect my phone. Atlast I called up them again and so they said they cant fix the problem they want my handset to be serviced from their head office. So they want my permission to send the handset. I read from many posts from here and said no to them. They cant do anything. They are simply doing experiments on mobiles. Why Nokia gave them authorised dealer badge. Shame...
