Nokia 6708
Mobile screwed up by Nokia service centre

I bought Nokia 6708 in Jan and the mobile always had the "blue screen" problem.
I gave it for service in P.Orr & Sons which runs Nokia customer care in Tambaram, Chennai on 08Sep07.

They gave it back after 3 weeks with mobile panel smashed and with all scratches on the touch panel.
I was so angry that I returned and asked for a panel change.
It was sent to Nokia "Head" office where they found that it cannot be repaired in chennai and sent it to Nokia Delhi.
It has been 3 months now, still there is no sign of my mobile.
And the company is not ready to extend the warranty because of the delay caused by them.
I lodged a formal complaint with Nokia customer center and there is no proper response.

Nokia boasts of excellent customer care by replacing faulty batteries, but is it really so? Can someone look at this?
