NO service

Plz help me i have bought NOKIA 7310c in last september after three months its key pad is not working {specially 7 8 9 keys}.I have been visiting NOKIA CARE since last15 FEb but still they are not giving proper respone to me evry time they said we have placed order for handset kit plz wait.

I am totally frustated from NOKIA care services. They don"t care for customer.

Please help me? what should i do? can anyone provide its CSD HEAD mail id?
