NotChanged even after Lodging numerous complaints

Dear Sir

I have purchased a NOKIA Mobile Model No. 1108 which is fitted with a BL - 5C baterry bearing the no. 0670400363563N131322808792 although I have registerted numerous complaints at the web site of NOKIA but it is to my dismay that it is still unherad.

Therefore I am approach you to redress my grievanmces to the NOKIA.
