NOkia/Bluetooth BH-209
Luetooth is nt turning on

Hello, My name is Rahul Kumar... i purchased a bluetooth BH-209 in the first week of may... now before three days it was not turning on. I visited your nokia care and they said that they will take the time of 15 days to get it replaced. My question is if you have the logo of 'Most trusted brand in india' then why u compromise on quality of product and if i try to understand that there can be some problem with individual pieces which happens practically then why don't you improve your after sales services. There are several brands available in india even at the cheaper cost but still we people are choosing nokia just because of trust and if u can't keep our trust then there is no need or benefit of endorsing it as the most trusting brand in india. Now i can mark a very gud question on the quality of your products and on the services as well.

The moral of the story is... i want my bluetooth set to be exchanged as soon as possible. If you think that there is no harm in loosing one customer then i can't do anything abt it. I want some senior person to call on my number to give me some personal assistance. I would appreciate if somebody can call me.
