Worst after sale service

I have purchased nokia 7210 in october. Its speaker and battery were not working properly. it is under the warranty period

i show it to nokia customer care centre but they refuse to repair it and told me that it is tampered.

I told them it is under warranty period, so why should i get it repaired outside.

they told me that they will replace battery and gave me 16th april as delivery date.

I call them on 5th may and they told me that replaced battery has still not come even after 21 days of delivery date.

I am still waiting for my battery and most shocking thing is that they are not ready to repair my phone

Nokia after sale service is worst and customers care centres are of no use
